If you are not fully satisfied with the quality, taste, packaging or overall condition of your purchased olive oil products, you have the right to initiate a return request within 60 days after delivery. This extended return period allows you sufficient time to test and use the products, ensuring every purchase is risk-free for our customers.
All returned products must be unused, unopened, properly preserved and kept in their original packaging to qualify for a valid return and refund. Products that are damaged due to improper storage, personal misuse, artificial damage, excessive opening or long-term exposure to extreme temperatures will not be eligible for full refund or return service. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items thoroughly after receiving your return package.
Once your returned package is received, reviewed and verified to meet our return standards, we will proceed with your official refund process. All eligible refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days from the completion of product inspection. Please note that business days exclude weekends and official public holidays, which may cause minor delays beyond our control.
All refunds are settled uniformly in USD (United States Dollar). Regardless of your local payment currency, regional location or checkout currency display, the final refund amount will be calculated and issued in USD based on your original order transaction amount. No additional conversion fees or hidden charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
After the refund is successfully processed, the funds will be returned to your original payment method automatically. The actual arrival time of the funds may vary depending on the processing rules of your bank, payment platform and card issuing institution. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
